Storyline

Victor is co-counsel in defending a woman accused, along with her husband, of murdering their retarded newborn baby and who claim it was the result of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. Meanwhile, Markowitz is arrested for drunk driving while on his way to a lunchtime tryst with Kelsey.
