The first episode where The Flash/Wally West is seen without his costume on.
Many of the events within "Starcrossed" borrow from the JLA arc "Tower of Babel", in which Ra's al Ghul obtains Batman's files on how to take out the Justice League one member at a time. Both storylines deal with an enemy exploiting the individual members' weaknesses. Both also end very similarly: the team votes on whether a member should be allowed to stay and Superman casts the deciding vote, but the member resigns before the decision can be made known to them. It also references the White Martian invasion storyline written by Grant Morrison in the form of extraterrestrials related to one of the League members landing and offering assistance as cover for a planned invasion.
According to the DVD commentary during The Return (2004) where Oa was apparently destroyed by Amazo, the initial story for "Starcrossed" was going to have the Thanagarians destroy it rather than Earth.
While held prisoners, the Justice League have various cells suited to negate their powers, however Wonder Woman is shown simply tied to a pillar. Though not addressed in the show, the Golden Age Wonder Woman would lose her strength in accordance with "Aphrodite's Law" if she allowed herself / her bracelets to be bound or chained by a man.
