Its business as usual at Blush magazine when Jack (George Segal) announces that he is retiring and that Mya (Laura San Giacomo) will be taking over. Mya, Elliot (Enrico Colantoni), Nina (Wendy Malick), and Finch (David Spade) are clueless and must come to terms with Jacks decision to leave and Nina insists Jack is having sexual problems.
Later Mya finds Elliot crying about Jacks retirement. Jack discovered Elliot selling photos in the street and feels eternally grateful. As Mya and Elliot reminese, Elliot takes the opportunity to ask Mya if being sad makes her horney. Myas reply is no.
Then Finch and Mya are talking in the coffee/ break area as he incisively compliments her breasts. Mya informs Finch to stop sucking up. Finch expresses his sadness about Jacks retirement as Mya reassures him that everything will be ok and they will all have to adapt. As Finch leaves Nina enters telling the story of how she met Jack.
