Storyline
A Marine helo crashes in Iraq due to enemy fire; a colonel pulls a general out of the bird. A frigate, USS Hennessey, has become involved in an altercation with a Canadian fishing vessel (while intervening in a dispute between that boat and a US fishing boat); an ensign shot and injured a fisherman, who is a member of the First Nation and the son of the captain. The PotUS wishes for a particular Marine to be considered to serve as the next JAG of the Navy; that candidate is the colonel who pulled the general out of the helo; he undergoes extensive scrutiny. Harm figures out the truth about the incident with the fishermen. Mattie and Jennifer talk about girl stuff and family stuff. Written by
