Harm and Mac - sent in-country to Bahrain after an attempted bombing of a US Navy ship - form differing opinions of the motivations and loyalties of a female US Marine sergeant. The sergeant was kidnapped (after intervening in a raid on a police post by terrorists).
As more evidence is revealed, she seems to have been helping the terrorists, but always has an explanation (on the good side) as each layer of her story is unpicked and peeled back further.
Back home, Mic and Mac's announcement of the wedding date in May is cause for an engagement party - Tiner assists the Admiral, who had raised the idea with Harriet.
Harriet and Rene set the world fight over a bottle of wine (nice drunk-acting by both female actors), whilst Mic and Bud do the same over beer - and vodka or tequila.
Clayton Webb flits around the world in a variety of CIA suits, working other angles to identify and neutralise the terrorist plans. Sadly, the female sergeant (released from custody and trusted to fit in with the op) goes off-script again, ending up leaving a deep crater in a desert-side road.
