If I am not mistaken this is the case of the Admiral who had sexually harassed Kate. Why wasn't the officer who had an affair with Kate and then gave her a bad fitness report not charged. It seems that they missed a chance get a real slime bucket.There were several "bad guys" involved in this one. The Admiral who may or may not have groped Kate and from his actions on the promotion board it appears that he may be guilty of having done so.Then there is the Commander who had an affair with Kate when she was just a Lieutenant. He was guilty of fraternizing and then when he gave her a lousy fit-rep it appears that he was shafting her as well. He should have had to experience a career limiting event as well.This may be politically incorrect but making the armed forces co-educational has introduced opportunities for a large number of problems.In this case justice was not done to everyone who needed it.
