Storyline

MGen. Creswell has arrived and taken charge as the JAG of the Navy; Bud gets off to a bad start with him. A high official of the DoD and a Marine have died during a ride-along in Iraq; the commanding general has ordered a court-martial, charging a Marine staff sergeant with involuntary manslaughter by culpable negligence, for his having allowed a routine street patrol to degenerate into a firefight; Harm prosecutes, and Mac defends. A parade of officers, including senior ones, voluntarily step forward to testify and to publicly and officially accept a part of the responsibility for an unintended miscommunication in the chain of command. Coates and the general converse. Written by DocRushing
