The town becomes concerned about arrival of supplies and being cutoff from the rest of the world. Larkin is attacked by a mentally deranged woman on camera while doing a live report.

Jesse (Evan Peters) accompanies Kira (Alexis Dziena) and Derek (Michael Mitchell) to a bonfire party, and Larkin (Lisa Sheridan) goes searching for them when they miss curfew.

After the caretaker of an everglades research facility is found dead from a mysterious ailment, Russell (Eddie Cibrian) and Sheriff Underlay (William Fichtner) join forces in an attempt to track down a troop of escaped baboons, while Dr. Underlay contacts the CDC after she encounters several citizens with a mysterious infectious disease.
