Storyline

Ms. Allure and her enforcer 'Crusher' Creel attempt to take over the criminal underworld of Chicago. Allure wants to magnify her mind control powers and kidnaps Bruce Banner to help her. Creel grows jealous of Banner and attacks him as they are out stealing equipment. Banner transforms into the Grey Hulk and adopts the persona of Mr. Fixit.
