Quotes

Jake White: He's my kid brother. He goes where I go and that is what keeps him out of trouble. And he's a decent kid and I'm glad of that, cause if he wasn't my brother, I'd want him for my friend.
Dr. David Bruce Banner: Jake, have you ever said that to Leon?
Jake White: Between two grown men, some things don't need saying.

The Rodeo
20 November 2014 | by (North America) – See all my reviews

David Banner(Bill Bixby) works as a medic at a rodeo in Texas while he tries to help its star bull rider attraction Jake White(played by L.Q. Jones) who is ailing, and it turns out is suffering from Addison's disease, but wants to keep riding so that he can win a championship money prize in order to help his younger brother Leon out of his heavy gambling debts, which ends up getting David targeted by them as well, as the emergence of the Hulk draws in Mr. McGee(jack Colvin) as David tries to help them out before he can get out himself... Country-themed episode has good rodeo action and performances, with a memorable attempt of the villains to keep the Hulk lassoed while being dragged along themselves.
