Storyline

A man who served on a jury 6 years ago wherein a man was charged with assaulting a pregnant woman who lost her baby as a result. He initially didn't vote guilty but was pressured to vote guilty. He also learns that the medical examiner who worked on the case may have been impaired because he recently died while driving while intoxicated. Jon is tasked with trying to get the hair that was found which was supposedly belonging to the perp. But when he is caught trying to get it and the press get wind of it, Swain fired him.
