A genie without security clearance
kevinolzak22 November 2016
"A Secretary is Not a Toy" finds Jeannie suddenly interested in advancing Tony's career, insistent on making her master a general. General Peterson has a new secretary (Eileen O'Neill, previously seen in "G.I. Jeannie"), but not for long with a determined Jeannie eager to replace the poor girl. Jeannie's magical abilities ensure her getting the job, with Dr. Bellows certain that he's met her before (in "I'll Never Forget What's Her Name"). The doctor's suggestion that she have security clearance proves to be her undoing, recalling her engagement in the previous episode and tripping her up during lunch. A routine inquiry to the CIA leads to agent Amos Lincoln (Bing Russell, father of Kurt) reporting that there is no record for her in any of their files. This time Tony must work fast to get her to blink home before the authorities catch up to her.
