Loco (Barbara Eden) begin seeing the eccentric Charlie Conway (Coulter Irwin), heir to the prosperous Conway Construction Company. As wedding talk heats up, Charlie's father disinherits him for his wild behavior. Meanwhile, Assistant Building Manager Mr. Tobey (familiar character actor Joseph Kearns, "Dennis the Menace") is threatening eviction unless they pay the rent. The girls say they must have repairs first and Mr. Tobey explains he can't do work since his maintenance man left. They suggest Charlie so he can show an effort to his father. All seems hopeless when Charlie begins wrecking havoc.
