He slapped me so hard that his brother turned straight.

The battle with Vogler (Chi McBride) continues as Cuddy desperately tries to save House and Herself. The cost increases as she wins a reprieve.

House is trying to save a mobster (Joseph Lyle Taylor - Girl 6, Summer of Sam) from the government while his brother (Danny Nucci - Titanic) continually threatens the doctors. The discovery of the reason for the brother's illness is extremely difficult for his brother to except. The fact that he has Hepatitis C is only a small part of the problem, and he has to decide what is most important.

Cameron (Jennifer Morrison) had to take Foreman's digs as it is discovered that she really likes House.
