In the scene where Foreman goes to the homeless lady's area, as drawn on a picture, one of the businesses is called Kaplow's. One of the producers is named Lawrence Kaplow, though he didn't write that episode he still produced it.

The Jane Doe patient is given a "banana bag", which contains intravenous fluids with vitamins and minerals. Typically a "banana bag" is administered to correct nutritional deficiencies; the fluids are a distinctive yellow color, hence the nickname.
