A bullet-riddled collector hands Honey what appears to be an 1865 newspaper, which he hints is a forgery, but he dies before explaining how he knows. Honey and Sam must keep the paper away from thieves, deliver it to its rightful owner, and determine whether it is really a forgery. Written by

[Possibly intentional] The MacGuffin that everyone is after is an 1865 copy of the Washington Star newspaper; in the last scene Aunt Meg notices (or pretends to notice) an advertisement in the paper for a prix fixe meal including "French fries," a term for fried potatoes that was not in use before World War I.
