He provides information which puts then on the track of the gunman; Edward Connolly, an eccentric who uses a push bike for transport, and puts everyone in the district on edge. After a long chase by Det. Kelly and Det. Redford, Connolly is finally captured and found to be mentally unstable. Written by Darren Smith
