Featured review
Too much buffoonery in this episode.
I just was not impressed, as others, on this show that seemed to take longer than really necessary. There really is nothing wrong with the story it was just that it was so accommodating, even the bad guys were so stupid that it just did not make sense.
What had happen was that the Germans had captured a French scientist, Emil Du Bois, that was used to develop the latest in warfare. But unknown to Hogan and the gang, the Germans were actually holding his daughter in custody so that Du Bois would work for the Nazis.
It will not be till LeBeau comes and assist Du Bois that Hogan learns the truth. Now Hogan will try to free his daughter and get them both to the Allied side.
The only thing wrong with the story is that the writer made the German so incompetent that is was unbelievable. I know that we are to accept Klink and Schultz as fools but to think all other Germans are naive is just historically and understandable wrong. Too many things in this show that did not make sense.
