When Sgt. Schultz hands the plumbing equipment to Maurice Dubois, he mentions that he took care of the equipment on behalf of Corporal Schneider's widow. When Colonel Klink says he'll be better off at the Russian front, Sgt. Schultz asks him to look for Corporal Schneider. Why ask to look for him if Schneider is dead?
When Klink is finished brushing his teeth and goes to turn the water on, he never turns the spigot handles before the water shoots up. Then, when he goes to turn the water off, the handles never turn when he attempts to turn them.
The car that Franz and DuBois were in when they were stopped had the steering wheel on the right. This is a British car. On the Continent, the wheel would have been on the left.
Schultz gives Hogan his gun to shoot Carter. In reality, a guard would not give a prisoner his gun.
When LeBeau puts a vest on, he can hardly stand up because it is so heavy. When Carter puts a vest on, he does not have much of a problem with the weight.
Carter is bigger and possibly stronger than LeBeau. There is no goof here.

The bullet-proof vests are buried in a heavy box outside of camp. In one scene, they are in the plumber's shop. There is no story line on how they got the heavy box into camp.
UPDATE: This is not a goof. When the Heroes walk into the plumber's shop with the jackets under their uniforms, Hogan tells Dubois, "We brought the jackets in last night."

It is not stated why the bullet-proof vests will help the resistance fighters when they are to be executed. The Germans will probably not let them put the vests on before they are shot.
UPDATE: This is not a goof. It is stated explicitly twice. First, Dubois tells Hogan that he and other Resistance fighters plan to rescue the Resistance fighters who are going to be executed, and the bulletproof vests will give them a better chance of success. Then, later, Dubois tells all the Heroes that the vests will give them a "fighting chance."

The exact same stock footage of the man jumping out of the cargo plane as well as the stock footage of the cargo dropping to the ground has been used previously in this series. BTW, the viewer can see that at least one of the plane's wheels is down. And, the box of cargo has such a small parachute that it falls to the ground extremely fast.
When the water shoots up at Klink, no water is coming out of either spigot. It is obviously coming from the bottom of the sink - from a hidden pipe or hose in the drain.
After Hogan shoots the vest, DuBois walks over to it to verify the bullet was stopped. Klink walks over to him. Eventually, Klink orders everyone (except DuBois) out of the room. As Hogan is leaving, the camera zooms in on Klink and DuBois. When it zooms in, the shadow of the camera appears on Klink's arm and chest.
In the plumber's shop, Carter takes off his gloves and jacket for the first time. Though not married, Carter is wearing a wedding ring.
