In The Antique (1969), Stalag 13's code name is Momma Bear when they called the French Underground (Quiche Lorraine). In the introduction here, London is Momma Bear and Stalag 13 is Poppa Bear.
A massive spray of ball bearings flying fast enough to pierce Klink's paper award certificate being carried by Schultz would have also caused him serious, if not fatal, injury.
After Newkirk leaves Klink's office and Klink makes the second call to Goebbels, he looks up at Schultz. When Klink gives his line about getting that promotion he deserves, the stage light is reflected in his monocle.
Just as Newkirk's cigar is burning Klink's uniform, Berlin Betty mentions that Klink is on fire. Klink bobs his head dreamily. While bobbing his head, a reflection of the stage lights is visible in his monocle.
The shadow can be seen on the right in Klink's office when he's on fire. Also, just after Newkirk throws water on Klink to put out the fire, Klink says, "Thank you so much." Right after that, the shadow can be seen moving across the wall and the sign in the upper right-hand corner.
Klink supposedly calls Goebbels on the phone. Goebbels, being so high in the Ministry, would probably never accept a direct call from a Stalag Kommandant.
