Quotes

Maj. Wolfgang Hochstetter: Now, Klink, I'm going to try and be calm about this. I want you to tell me in your own words exactly how did the radio detector truck get put out of action?
Col. Wilhelm Klink: Major Hochstetter, you won't believe this.
Maj. Wolfgang Hochstetter: TRY ME!
Col. Wilhelm Klink: It was a million-to-one shot that the candles would have hit the truck.
Maj. Wolfgang Hochstetter: What candles?

Hoping for more out of the final episode from season four
2 September 2014 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Hogan has been warned that the Gestapo is watching Stalag 13. Major Hochstetter will provide some false information in order to try and catch the leak that has been alerting the allies. Hochstetter tells Klink that the radar guarding valuable areas is out of order. LeBeau overhears the conversation and thinks that this would be an excellent birthday prize for Hogan. Unknown to the gang, the Gestapo is listening to every transmission from the area. Hochstetter has his trap.

It will come down to a birthday cake that will change the tides of the situation. needless to say, Hochstetter will not be a happy camper.

For the final episode in season four, this turned out to be less than desirable. The script was not bad but it seemed to drag on making the show longer than expected. Here is hoping season five gets off with a bigger bang.
