Storyline

Furillo and Goldblume are grading officers in line for a promotion, leaving Norman Buntz in charge of the Hill. The precinct needs $130,000 to reinstate overtime pay, so Buntz encourages everybody to busts as much illegal drugs as they can to make up the numbers.
