After Victoria heals a wounded Apache, he comes to believe she has magical powers. After he returns to his tribe, he tells the Chief she can cure his son as well who is suffering from the same wound but now has gangrene.

Storyline

Buck, Blue and Manolito are attacked by Apaches. They wound two of the braves. The Apaches retrieve the Chief's wounded son but believe the other brave Nemo is dead. The men finding him alive take him to the ranch where Victoria nurses him back to health. Seeing Big John do as his wife asks, Nemo believes Victoria has magical powers. He steals away at night taking her portrait thinking it has power. The tribe surprised to see Nemo believes he has risen from the dead. Finding the Chief's son not healing, Nemo suggests they kidnap Victoia to heal him. They kidnap her and Manolito as they go to Tucson. Nemo says he will give his life if Victoria fails and the Chief indicates it will cost VManolito and Victoria their lives if she fails. They find gangrene is present and there is no hope. Victoria tries to make him comfortable and eventually Nemo takes his place to fool the Chief as Manolito is able to release his horse which returns to the ranch to warn Big John.
