El Caudillo's girlfriend Conchita lures the hands from High Chaparral into Mexico where they are taken prisoner. El Caudillo wants to start his own revolution by executing the men including Manolito's father who tries to rescue them.

The High Chaparral ranch hands have orders to not cross into Mexico for their safety. To capture Manolito the Mexican revolutionary El Caudillo sends his girlfriend Conchita who uses several ruses to lure the men across the border to rescue her where they are captured. Manolito who knows El Caudillo is arrested and sentenced to be executed. El Caudillo allows the other prisoners to roam the town freely so Blue escapes during a distraction as El Caudillo hopes. He returns with Don Sebastian Montoya who believes he can free Manolito but is jailed and sentenced to death as well. El Caudillo has the rest of the ranch hands jailed so they may be executed as well during a fiesta to celebrate the start of his new revolution. In midst of the distractions Pedro slips away through a window. He hijacks the undertaker bringing caskets to find his cousin who makes fireworks.
