The Tenth Cavalry comes to Tucson to stop crime. They are Buffalo Soldiers who must also contend with racism. With aid from the Cannons they show their pride and great ability as they take on the man controlling the town and his henchmen.

As they are under attack by Apaches, Big John and his men hear the bugle of the Cavalry coming to their aid. The Tenth Cavalry made up of Buffalo Soldiers has been sent to Tucson at its request to to declare marshal law and take control of the town. Grateful for the rescue the Cannon group escorts the group to Tucson providing both aid and support to the soldiers even though many including Buck fought for the south in the war. There is a tinge of racism in town against the soldiers especially from Hilliard and his men who have a protection racket sucking money from the businesses there. The white officer is recalled so the troop is left under the control of their Sgt. Major Creason. Hilliard hires MacAteer to hire men to run the soldiers out of town. He agrees hiring about 40 men to go against the 40 man troop. Although Big John offers help, Creason states they can handle rounding up the outlaws but it would be helpful for the locals to man the trap in Tucson. Larrabee scouts the ... Written by Anonymous
