- Pima Indians are attacking and killing Apaches in the area. Blue and Buck find two orphaned Apache boys that trail them back to the High Chaparral and morph into ten Apache kids. One is the grandson of Geronimo putting the ranch in danger.
- While looking for stray cattle, Buck and Blue find an Apache camp with two orphaned boys and their dead parents. After feeding the boys, they find the boys following them home. On the way a small group of Pima Indians attack them and the boys. As they reach the ranch house, the two boys have morphed into four boys. The oldest of the boys tells them he is the grandson of Geronimo and they think Big John is the Apostle John. They wash and feed the four boys but over time the four increase to ten as more arrive. Big John knows the ranch is in danger as the Pimas may attack to kill the children while Geronimo may think Big John has kidnapped the children. With time up, Big John and some men ride out to find Geronimo. Geronimo knows he has the children but believes he is holding them for ransom. When they return to the ranch, the children have disappeared forcing Geronimo to put a deadline on returning the children. Eventually they find the children hiding but after they are returned to the ranch, the Pima attack. Geronimo sees the attack and comes to the aid of the ranch hands to drive off the Pima. He returns to take the children who will be missed by the hands including even Big John.—Anonymous
