An Army shipment of rifles is stolen by Apaches. Blue is taken captive by the Chief Morales until Big John proves the Apaches were not involved in the attack. Manolito locates the real culprits but no one knows it or his location.

Storyline

Buck and Blue encounter an Army patrol of seven men and wagon. After they leave, they hear the patrol attacked by Apaches and return to find the wagon burning and the assumed rifles in it stolen. Blue asks to stay to watch the Apaches while Buck rides to the ranch for help. When the men return, Blue is not to be found. They see the Apaches have taken him. Big John enters their camp to retrieve Blue and ask why they attacked. Chief Morales has taken Blue captive stating his men did not attack the Army and he will kill Blue and join Cochise if Big John does not prove his men are innocent within two days. Meanwhile, Manolito alone examined the wagon leaving to track down the men lead by Grizzly Griswald headed to Mexico. Grizzly sensing a betrayal when they meet stakes Manolito out in the desert to die. Big John and his men find Manolito's trail and locate him.
