Hercules passes in Rhumba, a city state which specializes in Greece's most prestigious ballroom dance contest. He takes pity on local farm girl Althea, a klutzy would be-contestant, whom nobody else would consider as a partner. Her own widower father forbids her to enter, and the magistrate resorts to trickery to help his bitch niece Oena win. Only the weird widow Twanky isn't scared to take on the awkward novices couple as speed course pupils. Written by
