Trivia

Jeff Daniels, in his first major role as the leader of the young crooks, inadvertently said "Garrett" in place of "McGarrett" during an apology. Jack Lord went ballistic, screamed his lungs out at Daniels (evidently he was still on a roll from the rant he was supposed to deliver in character) and stormed off to his trailer. Daniels has said he expected to be fired on the spot, saying to himself: "Well, at least I got a vacation in Hawaii out of it." See more »
