A U.S. serviceman, in Hawaii for R&R, becomes a pawn in a fight for control of a numbers syndicate. The head of the outfit, Philip Lo, is killed and the serviceman has been framed for it. McGarrett & Co. race to solve the killing, shut down the numbers syndicate and prevent the serviceman from becoming the next homicide victim. Written by
