Early in the episode, Victor Jovanko is playing golf when he realizes that Five-O is filming and audio-recording him. Even though the van from which the film is being made is located some distance downhill from the golf tee, when the Five-O members review the film later, it's shot as if they were on top of the hill immediately behind where Jovanko is playing.
When the bomb goes off in McGarrett's office he is standing behind his desk and the bomb in across the room in front of his desk. Yet during the explosion he is shown being flung forward over his desk.
