Rose tells Max that oregano is a spice, not an herb. Herbs are from the leafy part of the plant, which oregano is. Spices are from the seeds, bark, or roots of the plant.
When Jonathan is giving Rose a check, she hands Jennifer a manila envelope containing Hart Industries Stock Certificates as collateral against the check. The certificates are not valid because they aren't signed by Jonathan.
In the opening scene, a corner high-rise office building can be seen with the address number of 1901 near the entrance. Jonathan Hart purchases a newspaper at the newsstand and dialogue establishes that this is the headquarters of Hart Industries as he is the landlord. Later, an envelope is shown with a return address of Hart Industries being 1121 N. Las Palma's Ave., Los Angeles.
Rose tells Jonathan that his cost is $2, but the cash register shows $.90 before, during, and after her using it.
The morning after Jonathan and Jennifer bring Rose to their place to recuperate, she and Max make a bet on a horse race. A couple of scenes later, they make a similar bet, as though the previous bet never happened.
When Jonathan and Jennifer come to the hospital to see Rose, stefanie power's fingers can be seen with short nails. In the close-up of Jennifer holding an envelope, the nails are considerably longer.
Max opened the oven door to check on his soufflé, which a good cook never does.
