Howard feels Joanie sees too much of Chachi, so he offers to install a phone in her room if she agrees not to see Chachi for two weeks. But, Joanie and Chachi sneak off to a concert in Chicago and end up stuck when the car breaks down, leading them to have to share a hotel room. Will they get back to Milwaukee and get away with it?
