A Woman's Reputation, 17 June 2012
Author: dougdoepke from Claremont, USA

A young Southern gentleman (McGuire) comes to Dodge to visit his sister's old friend, Kitty. Trouble is he's got a hair-trigger sense of honor that's bound to get him in trouble with the roughnecks of Dodge. But how long can Kitty and Matt keep his run-ins from escalating into gunplay.

McGuire is excellent as the headstrong young dude, while Blake gets to show her acting chops in a featured role. Catch Kitty's spat with Matt over why men are the way they are. Blake can certainly be commanding when she needs to, making a good foil to the authoritative Arness. All in all, it's a slightly different kind of story with a poignant outcome considering what Kitty gives up.
