I really enjoy this episode. It's fun to see Meredith getting back out there, and then to have her one-night stand come into the hospital, it's just hilarious.
In this episode, Meredith has a one-night stand, who then comes into the hospital, as he has used a little bit too much "helping medication", if you know what I mean. Derek has to help, which is very awkward. Meanwhile, Burke tries to get his and Cristina's relationship to the next step. And Alex has a problem that affects his ability to work well.
Overall, I give this episode an 8 out of 10, which in my ratings book is: Awesome.
