After Lisa delivers an ultimatum, Oliver hires incompetent carpenters Alf and Ralph Monroe to enlarge their tiny bedroom. The Monroes have just begun moving the walls when the building inspector, the father of Eb's girlfriend, "dis-approves" the project and condemns the whole house.
