Beware what you wear on Halloween.

Another year, another haunted mask. This time around, Carly Beth (Kathryn Long) isn't the one who ends up with a problem on her face. Nope. It's her friend, Steve (John White). Well, I use the word friend, but he seems to specialise in being a bit of a pest. Anyway, it's not long until Steve starts to suffer because of a scary mask. Can Carly Beth help him before it's too late?

Directed by William Fruet, and written by Dan Angel and Billy Brown, this is a fun follow-up to the earlier tale. Viewers can enjoy it even if they haven't seen the first tale, but fans will definitely get more enjoyment from it.

A number of people reprise their roles, with John White being the only newcomer to the main quartet (George Davis aka George Kinamis played Steve the first time around).

This first part, of two, may seem a bit overly familiar to those who enjoyed The Haunted Mask. While it's a bit weak, and frustrating (watching Steve make the same mistake that Carly Beth made), it sets everything up for a great finale.
