- Greg tries to prove to his English teacher, Mr. Saur about his claims of an evil camera he used during a previous episode, but Mr. Saur fails Greg on his assignment due to lack of proof. Greg decides to prove Mr. Saur wrong and he uses the evil camera again, but he and Shari end up being overweight and skinny, respectively, from the photograph's effects. Greg enlists his brother Terry to help him and Shari revert back to normal before they go through a horrific fate. Terry is able to reverse the effects of the photo, both Greg and Shari are reverted back to normal. Greg then gets revenge on Mr. Saur by taking a photo of himself and he ends up losing his hair, much to his horror and to the student's delight.
- At 12 midnight Greg had a nightmare about Spider breaking into his bedroom and threatening to take his picture with the evil camera he found in Say Cheese and Die. The dream stopped when his mother turned on the light and offered to keep it on but Greg said that he was fine. At school Gregs English teacher read his story about the Curse of the Evil Camera but graded it F because he did not believe it was true but told him he would change the grade if he could prove it. After school Greg visited the site of the Coffmans house which had been demolished. Greg found a trapdoor into the basement and found the camera where he left it then a uniformed man showed up. He told Greg that it was private property and told him to give him the camera. To get away Greg took his picture which made him fall through the floor. Greg brought the camera home and locked it in his room thinking everything would be OK if he did not take any pictures.
While trying to pack the camera into his backpack on his way to school Shari saw it and ordered Greg to put it back even if it meant failing his report. When Greg refused Shari tried to take it off him and it took her picture coming out as a negative. Shari took Gregs picture to get back at him and it showed him fat.
That night Greg went to bed thinking everything was normal. Greg woke up fat to his horror. Shari phoned but Greg would not listen to her blaming her for what happened. Greg walked into English class and the teacher thought he was wearing a costume. Greg tried to explain but Mr. Saur would not listen and told him to sit. The chair broke under Gregs weight then he left the room.
At home Greg answered to door to Shari who was getting thinner as she tried to tell him on the phone. She tried to eat but it did not work weighing ten less pounds than she did a few hours earlier. Fearing that Greg would explode and Shari would vanish they tried taking another picture of Greg but it only made him fatter. When Shari said they should think positive that gave Greg an idea.
They went to see Terry at the Film Center where he did not recognize Greg at first. They instructed Terry to turn the negative of Shari into a positive and the positive of Greg into a negative hoping to reverse the effect. Greg offered Shari a chocolate bar but she was too weak. Terry reversed the photos just in time and Greg and Shari returned to normal.
At school Greg told the story but Mr. Saur still did not believe it. The teacher told Greg to take a picture to prove it but he refused. In the struggle the camera took Mr. Saurs picture and it made his hair fall out to the amusement of the class.
