An incompetent policeman (Jack Douglas) needs to improve his statistics, and asks The Goodies to commit crimes so he can arrest them. The Goodies are a bit too good at crime, and the police a bit too bad at arresting them. Eventually, The Goodies end up in jail, escape, and manage to turn the final trial against the policeman.
The episode is one of The Goodies very best. The plot is hilarious from the start to end. It features two very good slapstick sequences, a very funny bank robbery, Tim as "Goodiefather", and Bill taking over as judge in a trial that turns into a auction. And on top of it, it has the "Longbow cider" mock ad, and the excellent "Run" song in the second slapstick sequence.
I most seriously can't find anything to complain about. Well, that should be the somewhat dull humor in the identification scene, it could have been better, but it is OK, just the weakest part of an excellent episode.
