Tanya Boyd and J. Jay Saunders
24 December 2016 | by (Youngstown,Ohio) – See all my reviews

"JJ and the Boss' Daughter" finds JJ so exhausted about his workload at the agency that his boss Mr. Harris (J. Jay Saunders) assigns a new assistant for him, Valerie Johnson (Tanya Boyd). Both pretty and bright, she makes quite an impression on JJ, until he learns that she's actually the boss' daughter. This doesn't stop romance from blossoming, even with JJ's buddies Head (T.K. Carter) and Poppo (Randolph Martin) taking time away from her. When he has to break a date with Valerie to spend time with them at the roller derby she's none too pleased, JJ assuming that his job might be finished. T.K. Carter and Randolph Martin were introduced in "Wheels" but never returned for a third time, while Tanya Boyd was coming off her role of Genelva in ROOTS, tempting none other than John Amos as Kunta Kinte.
