Factual errors 

When Nikki makes her sales pitch for the telephone, she shows a chart dated 1887 to illustrate the telephone's utility. However, the telephone was patented in 1876 and Bell Telephone was founded in 1877. Nikki was off by 10 years.

Miscellaneous 

In the beginning of the episode, Miss Bliss is writing on the board. Instead of the word being "American", it reads as "Amesican". If you look at how the other r's are written, it is far from looking like one of them.

Revealing mistakes 

Miss Bliss picks up an old-fashioned telephone that has a base with a mouthpiece and a separate hand held earpiece. At first, she speaks into the earpiece and holds the mouthpiece up to her ear. After a couple sentences, she switches them to their correct configuration.
