Quotes

Blanche: The sixties were an emotional time for all of us. I can still see Big Daddy sittin' on the porch swing, swirling down home brew, picking off peaceniks with his BB gun. Oh God, I miss that man.
Dorothy: Come on honey. I'm sure Grand Dragon, I mean uhh... Big Daddy is always with you.

Snap Out of It (#6.4)
19 February 2014 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

Dorothy is helping Sophia to volunteer meals on wheels in a place for disabled people and meets a healthy younger man who as it turns out hasn't left his apartment for over 20 years. She is very concerned with it and does everything to get him out. And Rose wants to throw a birthday party for Blanche and tries to figure out her birthday.

The birthday story was very funny as the whole mystery about Blanche's age. I like how it turns out that it was even deleted in her birth certificate gotten from government and at the end we didn't even get to find it out because Rose lied about her age.

The story about Jimmy was pretty original. Liked the idea.
