My Brother, My Father (#3.17)
19 January 2014 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

Sophia's brother Angelo who is a priest comes for a visit. To not upset the highly religious relative Stan and Dorothy pretend to still be married. Blanche and Rose who come home in their nun costumes from the play pretend to be real nuns for the same reason. There is a storm so they are all trapped and because it is actually Dorothy and Stan's 40th anniversary Rose has a great idea to have them renew their vows since there is a priest in the house.

A hilarious episode with one great joke after another. Bill Dana was awesome as the priest uncle. And the fact that the priest is not the priest at the end makes the story well wrapped up and especially funny!
