Quotes

Blanche: Ooh... I've got goosebumps. Mel'll be here any minute.
Dorothy: Honey, why are you so jumpy? You've been out with Mel a thousand times.
Blanche: I know but now there's more at stake - everything's changed. It's all new and exciting. In many ways I... I feel just the way I felt when I was a virgin.
Sophia: You mean the feeling isn't gonna last long?
Blanche: Are you implying I lost my virginity at an early age?

Sophia: Hold it, Pussycat. I'm on a roll.

Melodrama (#6.19)
21 February 2014 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

The man Blanche is seeing, Mel Bushman, is not answering her calls. She gets all worried because she thinks he is dead. Turns out he was just on vacation, but the idea of him not being there was so bad that Blanche wants their relationship to be serious, but this doesn't work out. And Rose tries to become a reporter.

A pretty good episode. My favorite is Rose's report story. How during the robber, she as the only reporter still makes a report on the dog show. This is so Rose, made me laugh a lot.

The story about Blanche's relationship was also pretty good by letting her see that relationship is less fun than just having good time together.
