Trivia

When Kirk busts Miss Patty for sampling fruit at Doose's, it is presented as though it is the first time they have ever met. However later in season four, Patty and Kirk are at Luke's together and Kirk keeps talking and he says to Patty, "Are you ignoring me?" Then Patty says, "Since you were old enough to talk, Kirk." That signifies that Patty has known Kirk since he was a baby. Also, in season six, at Miss Patty's annual recital, we learn that Kirk took dance lessons with Patty. He performs the "journey of man" routine that it is said he first performed on Patty's stage 20 years ago. This also shows how long they have known each other. See more »

The One With A Cat Funeral...
7 June 2015 | by (Australia) – See all my reviews

I really enjoy this episode. It's kind of sad, because a cat dies. But it's more sad to see Babette and Morey's reaction to it.

In this episode, Lorelai's next-door neighbors, Babette and Morey, unfortunately lose their cat. And by lose, I mean, she died. They're devastated and Lorelai agrees to put on a wake for the deceased feline. Because of this, she misses her date with Max. But discovers that Rory has been keeping a secret from her. And that secrets name is Dean. Which, as you can imagine, doesn't go over well.

Overall, I give this episode an 8 out of 10, which in my ratings book is: Awesome.
