Mr Lucas protects vital witness
14 October 2016 | by (United Kingdom) – See all my reviews

Trevor Bannister became famous on TV playing Mr Lucas in "Are you being served?"Here on this Gideon's way episode 10 years earlier from the aforementioned sitcom he plays P.C.Moss who befriends a vital female prosecution witness against two criminal brothers one of whom is charged with murder.I am gradually seeing all the episodes of "Gideon's Way" which starred John Gregson as George Gideon of Scotland Yard which was originally transmitted in the 1960s.In doing so you can identify some later famous faces which made it big either on TV or in the cinema, and also some vintage British cars.I was sad to read in his obituary that Trevor later died of a heart attack while fixing the shed on his municipal allotment which he was tending.
