[NOTE TO IMDB PEOPLE: THIS GOOF REVEALS A PLOT POINT BUT I DON'T SEE A WAY TO MARK IT AS SUCH] Adrian Listenger is on a 2nd floor balcony overlooking Max and Chief. Max and Chief shoot him many times. Ten seconds later, mortally wounded, Adrian Listenger emerges from the front door of the building (located on the first floor, of course), walks a few steps and drops dead. He could not have gotten from the 2nd to 1st floor that quickly in his near-death condition. See more »

Chief: Larabee, I'm going down to the lab, if anybody wants me, you know where I'll be.
Larabee: Where's that, Chief?

Mostly weak episode that mainly acts as a vehicle for comedian Pat Paulsen as Ace Weems, an insurance investigator who is looking into the deaths of all the men in a photograph belonging to Adrain Listenger.

After Listenger is reported dead, the last two men in the photo are Max and the Chief. They quickly suspect each other as the one who has been killing all the others in the photo of the CONTROL academy baseball team for some unknown reason.

The first half of this episode is kind of funny in introducing Paulson, but once its Max vs. the Chief, the laughs come to an end. There's also some sloppy writing with Max mistaking the Chief's hair in the picture for a hat. Max was in the photo. He'd know. Every once in awhile they make the mistake of making him too stupid, particularly in season five.
