Half hearted episode has KAOS using a Roman steam bath to get
information from unsuspecting politicians. The master villain behind
the plan is Montague Leach (Ronald Long, who did such a great job as
"Leadside" earlier in the season).
The funniest material again seems to go to co-star Robert Karvelas as
Larabee, who is wonderfully deadpan dumb. However, Max does get to do a
"the old gun in the toupee trick" line and he also gets to drag out the
"I hope I wasn't out of line with that crack about..." bit. But other
than a scene where he and the Chief are hiding in a laundry basket
trying to make a phone call (to Larabee) they just don't get much in
the way of strong material.
