So so episode by Turner and Mitchell has beautiful KAOS scientist Dr. Canyon (lovely Lyn Peters, last seen in "Get Smart" as Mrs. Neal in their "Avengers" parody) invent an invisibility spray and defect to CONTROL. The first half of the episode is kind of a bedroom farce with Max afraid 99 will discover him with the invisible (and unconscious) Dr. Canyon and get the wrong idea, while the second half of the episode Max uses the invisibility spray to infiltrate KAOS and get the Ginsberg papers before KAOS can send them out of the country.

The whole episode seems a bit forced and uneven. While Admas gets to do a number of nice slapstick bits (a neat fall and bounce back, a bit with a cigarette lighter), his character is once again written as stupid rather than a bumbler. This is a frequent season four/five mistake. The scene where Max confronts Woodman and Moorpark thinking he's invisible when he's not should have been much funnier than it is.

The series eventually rediscovered itself and its rhythm later in the season, but at this point, they were merely hitting singles than home runs.
