The Man with Uncle (and Aunt)
11 September 2007 | by (Argentina) – See all my reviews

Classic "Get Smart" episode has Maxwell's Uncle (Charles Lane) and Aunt (Maudie Prickett) drop in for a surprise visit just as Max captures a Kaos assassin in his apartment. To keep from revealing his secret identity Max tells them the assassin is really an old Army buddy. Max's Uncle manages to set off most of the security devices in Max's apartment adding to his disdain for his nephew. 99 arrives and it looks like the situation will be handled, but Max's Aunt puts 99 to work, thinking she's the maid. It all ends up with a great fight at a shoe store, where they believe Max is employed.

Very funny episode played wonderfully not only by the gruff Charles Lane and "Andy Griffith Show" regular Maudie Prickett, but "Mork and Mindy" star Conrad Janis also does some nice work as the Kaos agent Max captures in his apartment.
